Precis Writing 101 Course

Precis writing generally proves to be Achilles’ heel for the CSS candidates. They mess up things; partly because of the popular misconceptions about the nature of this exercise, and partly because of the inadequate instructions. It must be kept in mind that precis writing is an art; qot a science, governed by hard and fast rules.
